When it comes to printing, the most important rule is this: image quality determines the print quality. That’s why we recommend uploading a high quality, close-up image – one taken by a high-definition camera (smartphone or professional). Please note: We emphasize uploading the original image over screenshots or WhatsApp gallery pictures – as the latter can negatively affect the quality.

Unfortunately, no. Like most prints, direct sunlight can fade its print color. But the good news is, you can position your mat towards the shade to keep it looking brand new for longer.

Our mats are made using of a great quality and soft synthetic fibers, which are ideal for flatbed UV printing. It’s a little different from the normal entry mat you’re used to (hard synthetic fibers), but don’t worry – it’s longer lasting and better equipped to handle weather changes.

Once you have completed your order, we’ll print, package, and ship your mat to you within 12 business days.

Yes. Maintenance is simple, just use a vacuum cleaner – and if it is really dirty, you can definitely wipe it down with some cold water.
